Routine Cleaning

The routine clean is ideal for someone who has already had a deep or first time clean done and is on a schedule whether it be monthly, every 3 weeks, biweekly, or weekly.

What you get in a routine clean:


  • Clean inside and outside of toilet in entirety
  • Scrub, rinse and dry tubs
  • Scrub, rinse and dry vanity tops and sinks
  • Spray and wipe showers and dry out
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean glass doors
  • Feather dust fixtures
  • Wipe windows sills
  • Remove trash
  • Shake or vacuum rugs
  • Vacuum and mop floors


  • Clean and polish all counter tops and surfaces
  • Clean and dry sinks
  • Clean small appliances
  • Clean range
  • Clean and polish¬†fronts of refrigerator, dishwasher and oven
  • Vacuum out trash can drawer
  • Remove trash
  • Clean cabinet fronts of high traffic areas ex. under sinks, sides of dishwasher, trash can drawer, and under coffee maker
  • Shake of vacuum rugs
  • Vacuum and mop all floors
  • Wipe window sills with wet cloth
  • Clean window in front of sink
  • Feather dust fixtures
  • Barstools and dining room chairs wiped off
  • Remove dirt or hair from the feet of barstools and dining room chairs

Common Spaces and Bedrooms/other rooms:

  • Dry cloth dust or feather dust all surfaces, under all items,¬†wall hangings, fixtures, lamps, doors and baseboards
  • Upkeep of cobwebs (does not include all cobwebs to be knocked down as in a deep or first time clean)
  • Clean all mirrors or glass top pieces
  • Minimal tidying
  • Vacuum all floors and area rugs, mop all hard surfaces
  • Wipe window sills with wet cloth
  • Under furniture that we can get to

Other inclusions:

  • Will make one bed if clean sheets are provided
  • Feather dust blinds or shades
  • Light switch covers wiped clean
  • Sweep front walk or steps
  • One glass door in and out (weather permitting)

*Does not include:

  • Washing or putting away dishes
  • Laundry
  • Any other bed making
  • Multiple glass doors
  • Moving of large furniture
